USPS Ground Advantage – Reliable, cost-effective shipping for non-urgent deliveries, 5 -7 days.

USPS Priority Mail – Fast shipping with most orders arriving within 3-5 business days.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are provided by USPS and may vary depending on your location and any unexpected postal delays. Volcano Mushrooms is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Return & Refund Policy

At Volcano Mushrooms, we care deeply about your wellness and satisfaction. Because our supplements are consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy helps us ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and freshness for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your shipment, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to review the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
