We currently ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping options are available at checkout and may include:

USPS Ground Advantage – Reliable, cost-effective shipping, typically 5–7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail – Expedited shipping, typically 3–5 business days.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays. Volcano Mushrooms is not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been accepted by the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.
